BudsPro
Troubleshooting
The BudsPro are a a set of totally wireless high quality earbuds which offer great quality and lots of functionality. If you're having issues with them please check out some of the common issues and solutions below:
Buds Not Charging:
Please check the blue transit tabs have been removed from the base of each bud stem. These are designed to stop the buds discharging in transit and if you take these off, then pop the buds back in the case for 20 minutes or so, then they will charge from the case.
Please try another USB Type C cable and if this solves the issue, please contact us.
Buds not Pairing:
Take the buds out of their case and leave for 10 seconds to allow them to pair together.
If the Buds have previously been paired with another device, then ensure the other device has its Bluetooth off - the buds will always try to pair with the last device used.
Active Noise Cancelling:
The ANC feature is set to off as standard when you use your BudsPro. To toggle between Off, On and Passthrough (where the mics actually play the background noise into the earbuds, if you want to have a conversation without taking them out) TRIPLE PRESS the LEFT earbud.
The ANC is reliant on a good seal in your ear, so please experiment with the different sized eartips in the box - as if you have a small amount of air leakage, this will make a huge difference to the effectiveness of the Noise Cancelling.
Low Volume:
If the Buds have been in use for some time, the gauze filter in them can become clogged with salts from perspiration. It's good practise to clean them every few months if used regularly.
To do this, moisten a corner of a tissue with some alcohol (nail varnish remover is ideal), remove the silicone eartips and wick into the protective gauze on the bud. Use the dry portion of the tissue to wick that out and it will clear the pores in the filter material and bring your audio back to full performance.
